Subject: RE: study plans
You
know that what works for one does not always work for all.
I
study the PMBOCK and do a small outline like we used to years ago. I note the things that probably will be
on the test. You can usually pick
them out as you see them more than once.
You study these so that you have about half of the test and then go to the
harder things. CPM, earned value
cost etc. The ones that you have
trouble with in the class is what you had better study. You as teachers will be able to tell by
the number of questions and how low the scores on the tests are.
I
used OuterCore the same way. I went through chapter 7 several times. Anything with math and formulas needs to
be done over and over. Again I take
notes and write much of it down.
This is how I can remember if I write it down at least once. Then you can take your notes on the
plane etc to study at any time.
This
is my bit, Mike
I
have been over PMBOK 3 times and Rita 3 times and am about ready to take the
test.
