		Seeking Alignment	Combined model of organization psychology
		The Seeking Alignment project began as an effort to find an explanation for the Human Resources component in project management. The original goal was to find a better way to get people to work together. The project expanded into a search for a way to integrate religion, philosophy and psychology. The foundation of this book is an integration of several key theories of organizational management. Much of the content in this book is an exploration of the Christian Bible. Note that these are research notes and I frequently change my opinion along the way as I iterate through approximations searching for answers.	This short presentation is an introduction to the Seeking Alignment materials. The design of this presenation is focused on images to encourage thought. The key concept is that there is a framework that can align several important theories of organizational psychology.

		The IT Integration project is the archive for reference materials on the how to best implement the key components required to manage a data processing shop. This site requires frames. The material in this site is becoming obsolete because each standards vendor continues to crank out updates on a regular cycle, even if there is little benefit to the customers of those products. Time permitting, I am migrating this material into ebooks to make it more widely available.	This booklet provides a concise summary of the key aspects of ITIL version 2.	This ebook is the project write-up for a demonstration of the Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) method. The ebook includes the project charter, project schedule and project plan. The project charter is based on project management concepts. The project plan is based on the DFSS methodology of Define, Measure, Analyze, Design and Verify (DMADV).
