The simplest way to describe this drawing is to describe it like it is the face on a clock.

Just above the center of the clock there is a picture of a pale gree mountain with the word Tranquil.

Below the mountain is an arrow pointing to six o'clock. Next to the arrow is the word Detractions.

To the right of the mountain there is an arrow pointing to three o'clock. Next to that arrow is the word Antagonism.

At about two o'clock there is a red tea pot with the word Conflict.

At about one o'clock there is a picture of a black tornado with the word Chaos.

Directly above the mountain is a picture of a butterfly. Above the butterfly is the word Transforming.

Slightly above and to the left of those words there is a picture of an ear.
Slightly below the ear and a bit further to the left there is a picture of a group of people holding hands.

There is an arrow running from the mountain straight upward. Next to that arrow is the word Dissonance.

There is another arrow from the mountain aimed at nine o'clock. Below that arrow is the word Love.

Above the word love is the word Smothering.

In a center spot between the mountain, the tea pot, the tornado and the butterfly is the word Compromise.

There s another arrow from the mountain aimed at about ten thirty. The word Effort appears at the end of that arrow.

Continuing further upward and to the left from the end of the arrow is a picture of the earth surrounded by a gold band.
Above the earth is the word Aligned. The four arrows that go from the center to three, six, nine and twelve oclock have cross hash marks indicating that these lines are measured and form a grid.
